How to Describe Your Problem
The more detail you give, the faster we can point you in the right direction. Try to include:
- The message word for word, or a screenshot of it
- Your device, for example iPhone 14 or MacBook Pro
- The software version, such as iOS, iPadOS, macOS or watchOS
- What you were doing just before the error appeared
- Anything you have already tried
Please Keep These Private
Never send your Apple ID password, device passcode, verification codes, card numbers or bank details. We will never ask for them, and no genuine fix needs them.
